Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
2. The item must be in its original packaging.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

All sealed items must remain sealed.
Refunds can be granted upon approval from Corefiqs within 7 business days of delivery.
If you receive or experience a defect within 7 days, a replacement for brand-new products will be provided.
