By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary due to availability and any delays caused by postal issues or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email serves only as an acknowledgment and does not signify acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be established only when we send you an email confirming that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only the items listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.
(b) Pricing and Availability
While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices displayed on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the goods purchased. Such additional charges will be displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
Prices on www.corefiqs.com.gh may differ from those in Corefiqs Ghana showrooms (stores). Corefiqs Ghana reserves the right to determine which prices to advertise on www.corefiqs.com.gh and in its retail stores.
(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order, we will conduct a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be charged once authorization is received. The amount charged will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods are dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, the amount paid as a deposit will be applied as payment for the goods listed in the confirmation email.
